Elm Street Bridge

Bradford, Pennsylvania

Spanning across the East Branch of the Tunungwant Creek, The Elm Street Bridge in Bradford, PA was due to be replaced in April of 2022.  NCS was tasked with staining both the underside of the bridge, and all decorative walls.  On the underside we used a two-tone multicolor semi-transparent stain.  For all the decorative walls, we used our Tuscarora standard colorway.  The walls were finished off with hand painted grout lines.  The Bradford city council later named the bridge, The Keith Oxley Memorial Bridge.  It was named after a fallen Vietnam US Navy Hospitalman, who enlisted shortly after graduating from Bradford High School.
